Construction at Fitzsimons Village commenced in May 2010 with a six-story, mid-rise structure providing 151,700 square feet of office and 16,329 square feet of retail. Lobby finishes are contemporary, featuring 12-foot ceilings, granite floors and warm wood millwork. Office floors are spacious with 10-foot ceilings and efficient bay depths.

Corporex completed construction on Fitzsimons 100 on February 10, 2011 – only 9 months after breaking ground. Children's Hospital Colorado now occupies the entire office portion of the building and Panera Bread opened in the lobby on March 16, 2012.
